Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and TheoryAced ("TheoryAced", "we", "us"), the provider of the TheoryAced service. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. The service

TheoryAced provides UK driving theory practice quizzes and related learning tools for learners. Content is for study purposes and is not affiliated with the DVSA.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your login credentials and any activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual property

The service, including all software, question content, explanations, branding, logos, copy, designs, and other materials, is owned by TheoryAced or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your personal, non-commercial study. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or scrape any part of the service.

4. One-time purchases

TheoryAced Lifetime Pro is sold as a one-time purchase for £6.99 GBP. It is not a subscription, does not auto-renew, has no trial, has no discount, and has no recurring charges. Lifetime access grants ongoing access while the service remains available. Taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Payments, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle provides customer service enquiries relating to orders and handles returns. 5. Cancellation and refunds

TheoryAced Lifetime Pro has no subscription to cancel. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and how to request a refund via Paddle.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: (a) use the service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) copy, resell, redistribute, or scrape question content or other materials; (c) upload malware, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service; (d) infringe the intellectual property rights of TheoryAced or any third party; or (e) attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service (in whole or in part, with or without notice where reasonable) if: (a) you materially breach these terms; (b) your payment fails or a chargeback is raised; (c) we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a security risk; or (d) we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will result in any particular exam outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
